Alberto soaks Sunshine State
Florida authorities are warning people to stay off the streets until the danger from Tropical Storm Alberto passes -- but some locals are waving it off as "a mosquito breeze." About 21,000 houses and businesses were without electricity, and the storm provided an unexpected plus point, helping to extinguish wildfires that have plagued Florida for more than six weeks.
